Terms and Conditions for Online Auctions

Terms & Payment: Payment forms accepted are PayPal, Cash, Credit card or local check at Pick-up. 6% Maryland Sales will be applied to all purchased unless you have a MD (only MD) sales tax ID on file with the auction co. & spend the state required $200 to utilize that option. Maryland does not acknowledge out of state tax ID's. An 11% Buyers Premium will be added to all purchases so please take that into consideration when bidding. All buyers nust bring a copy of their invoice. Those paying with Paypal MUST make Payment prior to pickup. Take into consideration that your total will be a combination of bid price, buyer premium & any applicable taxes.

Registration: All bidders will be required to register on SCAsold.com in order to bid. Information required will be Name, Address, Phone, E-mail address etc.. If you would like to pay via Paypal you will have to set up a Paypal account and register with Paypal separately. All registered bidders must be at least 18 years of age. The act of completing the registeration means you have read & agree to all terms/conditions of the auction. Bidding also implies a complete understanding of terms/conditions.

Bidding: The person bidding is the person responsible to making payment & making sure items are picked up timely. If you are bidding for someone else for any reason you (the bidder) are responsble person. Bids may not be retracted for any reason. As a bidder you agree to all terms/conditions.

Bidding may extend beyond closing time at times. Auction Co./Seller will not be held responsible for inability to bid due to technical difficulties.

AS-IS No Refunds or Returns Accepted for any Reason: All items are sold AS-IS, Where-IS. While the auction will obviously do our best to be accurate it is ultimately the responsibility of the biiders/buyers to do their due deligence. Preview times will be provided for all auction. That is the time to inspect items, plug things and make your decisions and that time frame is public aand available to all.

Removal: Items MUST be picked during one of the days/time frames provided. The days/times may change from one auction to another. Because of that it is buyer/bidder responsibilty to know of pick-up days/times. Any items not picked up after time frames have passed will be considered abandoned unless you contact the auction by Friday at 5PM of pick-up week to make an appointment for the following week on a day/time that suits both parties. Payment must be made either by credit card or Paypal in order to secure your appointment. If an appointment is not made items will be considered abandoned and will be forfeited. If items are being picked up by someone other than the bidder auction co. must be notified in advance and person picking up must have bidder/buyers email invoice.

Come prepared with boxes/packing supplies, man power and vehicle to haul items appropriately. We will have some help available and some basic tools available. However, we cannot and will not guarantee availabilty.

Buyers take full responsibility for any damages/injuries. Sellers/Auction Co. are not responsible for damages/injuries which may occur during removal of purchased items.

Ommissions &/or Typographical errors: Auction co or sellers will not be held responsible for any ommissions or erros in spelling/context etc.

By completing the registration Process and/or executing a bid you the bidder agree to all terms/conditions listed above. Auction Co. reserves right to ban any bidder/buyer at our decretion based on failure to comply with terms/conditions.
